Northbound at Hinckley, this impressive 7 car train with two units was typical on alot of summer weekends from 1981-1985. The train would get to Duluth about 12 noon and allow passengers six hours to roam around town before leaving for the 3 hr trip back at 6 pm. |

At the Duluth station, the power has run around the train and is now prepared to depart southbound. There is a wye about a mile south of the station where the train was usually turned, but due to 2 units, they just ran around the train today. The whole are to the right is now I-35. |
